Since our founding in 2007, we have built a complete in-house manufacturing capability — from carbon layup and autoclave curing to custom painting and global logistics. Every step of the process is handled under one roof, ensuring full control over quality, consistency, and lead times.

R&D and Design
Our in-house engineering team specializes in carbon layup optimization, aerodynamic tube profiling, and custom geometry development. Every frame is designed using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to balance stiffness, weight, and ride comfort — ensuring each model meets its intended performance target.
Carbon Layup & Curing
We use premium Toray carbon fiber — including T700, T800, and T1000 grades — with precision hand layup and autoclave curing. Our EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) molding technology ensures smooth internal surfaces and consistent wall thickness across every frame, eliminating voids and imperfections that compromise strength.
Quality Control
Every frame is tested to 1.3× the ISO 4210 safety standard, exceeding international requirements. We perform stiffness testing, impact testing, and fatigue cycling on every production batch. Each individual frame undergoes visual and dimensional inspection before packing to ensure zero-defect delivery.
Custom Painting
Our professional painting workshop offers full custom paint service — any RAL or Pantone color, custom decals, matte or gloss finish. Your brand identity, perfectly executed on every frame.
OEM & ODM Services
